Admission Requirements

General Requirements

For Master’s Program (M.Sc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, computer science, mathematics, or related fields
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (out of 4.0) or equivalent
• English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent)
• Letters of recommendation from academic advisors
• Statement of purpose

For Doctoral Program (Ph.D.)

• Master’s degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, biological sciences, computer science, or related fields
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (out of 4.0) or equivalent
• Demonstrated research experience
• English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent)
• Letters of recommendation from academic advisors and research supervisors
• Research proposal
• Statement of purpose

English Proficiency Requirements

Applicants whose native language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency through one of the following:

• TOEFL iBT: minimum score of 79
• IELTS Academic: minimum score of 6.5
• Other equivalent English proficiency tests as approved by the program

Additional Requirements for International Students

• Valid passport
• Transcript evaluation (if degree is from outside Thailand)
• Proof of financial support
• Medical certificate
• Copy of passport and visa documents

Application Materials

All applicants must submit:

1. Completed application form
2. Official transcripts from all universities attended
3. Curriculum vitae (CV) or resume
4. Letters of recommendation (2-3 letters)
5. Statement of purpose (max 2 pages)
6. English proficiency test scores
7. Passport-sized photographs
8. Application fee payment receipt

For Ph.D. applicants, additional materials include:

• Research proposal (3-5 pages)
• Publications list (if any)
• Evidence of research experience
