Research Overview
My research focuses on developing bioinformatics pipelines for the analysis of omics data, with particular expertise in genomic data analysis using long-read sequencing technologies. These pipelines support the analysis of diverse omics datasets to address biological and clinical questions, from identifying disease-causing variants in rare diseases and undiagnosed patients to characterizing genomic variation at the population level. Current research spans rare disease genomics, DNA methylation, and pharmacogenomics, with a focus on Thai populations.
