Admission Requirements
4-Year Ph.D. Plan
Follow a 4-year Ph.D. plan with at least 2 years of registration at Chulalongkorn University
Study at University of Liverpool
Complete a minimum of 12 months of study at the University of Liverpool during the Ph.D. program
Supervisor Approval (CU and UoL)
Obtain approval from supervisors at both Chulalongkorn University and the University of Liverpool
UoL Coordinator Approval
Receive approval from the University of Liverpool program coordinator — interview required
English Language Proficiency
Financial Support
Have financial support arranged to stay for at least 12 months at the University of Liverpool

Program Structure
1 Initial Registration
Register at both Chulalongkorn University and the University of Liverpool. Complete necessary administrative procedures at both institutions.
2 Research Planning
Develop your research plan with supervisors from both universities. Establish collaboration framework and research timeline.
3 Research Conduct
Conduct research at both institutions as arranged with supervisors. Split time between Thailand and UK according to research needs.
4 Thesis Submission & Defense
Submit and defend your doctoral thesis according to the requirements of both universities. Examination committees include members from both institutions.

Students typically pay tuition fees to their home institution (where they are primarily based). Financial support may be available through:
- Graduate School scholarships at Chulalongkorn University
